A local congregation announced they need more money as they are not meeting their monthly pledge. I can't tell you how good that feels.
Yep, it does feel good when I hear a congregation cannot meet their monthly pledge. Keep those experiences coming.

Before I left 2 elders were appointed, one 29 years old the other 32 years old. One week later the 29 year old was disfellowshipped for fornication. About two months later the 32 year old disappeared. To this day no one knows where he went. He just picked up and moved with no forwarding address.
The young 29 elder admitted to me that the young 18 year old sister was so hot and wild in bed that it was just worth it- losing his Elder-ship and getting diisfellowshipped. He has no regrets and neither does she. He is still disfellowshipped and living with the young sister. They don't know ttatt, but they know what wild and crazy sex is!
i decided to go to the bethel recruiting meeting yesterday to test out my theory that the organization is in decline.
i assumed that if there is a general feeling of apathy by many in the org, then certainly it would be shown up by the lack of enthusiasm or zeal by many to sign up for bethel service.
well let me say that based on what i observed, this organization is not going anywhere.
i was told there was new light by a former jw.
i wanted to verify if it was true.
the new light claims the annointed class/144k is always male.
144k is always male.
Maybe he's gay and that's his view of heaven.

i just got a call from a friend who informed me that a brother whom i've known for a while and is an elder, just found out last night that his wife of 20+ years declared she was gay, and left him..
i still need to confirm but my friend is very reliable and was close friends with the family.
heres the thing, she spent 20+ years with this man, has children with him and now decides she wants to follow her heart.

It would be upsetting for a marriage partner to leave after 20 years no matter why or with whom. It would be sad, probably for her, too. No one puts in that much time without regrets, unless they are literally in jail. WTBTS notwithstanding, she was not just a JW, but a wife and mom. It wasn't an easy choice.

he says he understands differently: they will not be destroyed when the babylon the great will be destroyed but they will be destroyed in armageddon.
In JW doctrine, that is an event which is entirely separate from Armageddon, and which precedes it by a matter of days, weeks, months, or even years
Overlapping Babylon destruction generations. It could be 800 years to 4000 years from the time Babylon is destroyed to the time Armageddon arrives!

I'd love to see exactly how Jesus is supposed to appoint the gb members. Does an albino rook fly in through the open window and on to the governing body's meeting table
